“I rarely post but this one deserves some comments, photos do no reflect the current status of the suites. Cleanliness is very much overlooked. The room we were checked in had many issues related with cleanliness. We photographed and documented it. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Room alternative which was offered was falsely documented as us the guest making a room a change request. In making this clever and dishonest statement in their statement we seem to not be entitled to any...

“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”

“Bellissima location, da cartolina. Tranquillità e comfort. Buonissima e ricca colazione, extra rispetto al costo della stanza (25$ canadesi). Inclusi giochi e servizi (canoa, tennis ecc). Buono anche il ristorante con specialità di pesce, forse un po’ costoso. Da rimodernare un po’ le stanze e l’impianto di condizionamento che risulta rumoroso. ”

“Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.”

Everything seems to rattle, could hear people in the hall and doors slamming all the time. Bed tilted while sitting on the edge. Lots of upgrading needed Has potential but it is definitely not there.”

“Amazing view from corner room on top floor. Lake and sunset. Very quiet and spacious and comfortable furnishings. The manager, Amit is always helpful, responsive and kind. So convenient to have your own microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and kitchen facility downstairs. Next time I want to spend more time in the common eating area and meet people, but it's a fantastic hq for Spring hiking and rest, close enough to town for food options but not far from the park, either.
